We eventually got good enough to make solid products. We knew not to do this with heavy items like water and juice. In comes the supervisor seeing the gaps provided he pushed us we told him we couldn’t go any faster, he starts throwing on too, this fills in the gap, then the conveyor was overloaded and stopped. Free break time.Seriously. I get being proud of your job and your ability to adapt to shit like this, but it is going to ruin that dude later in life.

I hurt my back at work a Bigfoot Native MushRoom Halloween Water Reflections Shirt couple of weeks ago by lifting a branch and twisting at the same time. It wasn’t even heavy compared to the longs we were also moving but the twist got me. I still feel it every once in awhile, so now I don’t fuck around when lifting things at work. Yeah, especially twisting like this. Just lifting straight up/down is bad enough but twisting to the side is so much worse. I felt pain in my back just looking at this gif. The same happened to me when I lifted and twisted with a tiny 3ft fence panel that weighs way less than the crap I had to lift every day.
