As a kid, I would not have understood a word from the teacher if I had to sit in the back with a window in front of me. I love and hate this. Every teacher I know, we always make it work. This teacher went far above and beyond. But that resets expectations as this being the “usual”, and can you imagine being in the dreary classroom next door? No right answer, I suppose, but it does show how much this teacher loves their students.

That said, I really hope the school is reimbursing her for the materials at least. Too many teachers treat their job as a hobby where they invest tons of their own money into it. It makes other teachers (who may have other financial obligations) look bad and reinforces the idea that teachers should be paying to do their job, cute gif, but those dividers aren’t going to make a difference. no way you can keep these kids 6 feet apart from each other every day. our government is idiots for making them go back at all.
